Week 2 of the bricklayers on site - and they haven't let us down again, what a difference a week makes! You can see the progress very clearly on the below photographs which were taken each night (except Friday as it was P***ing down - Ken!). The concrete and sandstone headers arrived on site this week, scaffolding errected and bricklayers even arrived on Saturday morning ( they lost some time on Friday as the weather turned bad) to catch up. One small problem that we have to try and get solved urgently is that it has transpired that a small triangle area of taramac at bottom of drive approaching the Ballyreagh Road is not on Trevor's deeds, and DRD don't own it and we need to find owner as we need right of way over it to get mortgage released - I believe it belongs to NIHE and should have been transfered at an earlier date but was missed!!! But I am sure we can get this sorted with a little help.
